Rates
Individual Counseling sessions are $155- $175.
I am in network for Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance. It is your responsibility to verify mental health and telehealth coverage including deductible if you have one.
If you have out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for reimbursement from your insurer. I can provide a Superbill.
Other Services
NET (Neuro Emotional Technique®)
$100 for 45-minute session. It is strongly recommended that NET clients are in therapy either with me or another licensed professional. Alternatives can be discussed.
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique): A relaxed body can lead to a relaxed mind. EFT is a powerful technique to soothe your nervous system and relax your mind. Sessions Package of Three 30-minute sessions $125. Individual sessions $45.
Theta Healing
Theta Healing: If you could be supported at the highest level, what would that feel like? How would you be living your life differently? Theta Healing is a gentle meditative technique that guides you to freeing up limiting patterns and become more grounded, more clear within yourself.
